I also agree with the above logic. All the small guys have been wondering what this drop in price was all about and have thus been scared off. This announcement answers their concerns, giving them back their confidence and therefore we'll see upward movement today. Furthermore, I would think the insto's would have a more strategic approach and are unlikely to sell off at these levels.
