Having a look at this stock, it's 87% owned by Implats. Why didn't Implats complete its takeover? Isn't it against the ASX rules to own more than 50% of of a company without buying it outright? https://www.implats.co.za/pdf/operations/fact-sheets/zimplats-fact-sheet-2020.pdf
Also my share trading account says Type 10C US ORDINARY FULLY PAID. Anyone know what the "10C US" means?
