It's is liability that hasn't been requested for almost a year - DW stated back in August that he wasn't concerned...maybe Chilly can add more, as this was one of his questions.
SOA rebate decision I believe is due this month..prepaid interest on BOA loan is covered for another 6-9 months.
They're spudding in March (springtime!!) so they don't have to heat the FRAC fluids...saves funds. A good move as oil should be a lot higher than $30during the Trump driving season.
