So the share price of this penny stock has sunk back into the sub 10 cent toilet bowl. The share price is acting like there will be no DEP deal by the 20 Feb 2025 target.
I’ll repeat, yet again, that I’m still of the opinion that there is little chance of signing a deal by the most recent and generously revised timeline of Feb 2025.
If the new CEO has learned anything from the feedback from shareholders and stakeholders during the strategic review, it’s that shareholders are sick to death of the over promising and under delivery which has gone on with Starpharma for decades.
Therefore one should have assumed that the Feb 2025 target would be comfortably achieved. Remember this is the new CEO’s own guidance from the May 2024 bad news dump webinar and duly backed by the Chairman and Board.
After literally years of sharing confidential data and info with potential partners no deal eventuated. Then after the May business review the goal was reset to sign a deal within 9 months, which conveniently put the timeframe target well after the scrutiny of the 2024 AGM.
Surely the new CEO won’t trip at the very first low hurdle she has set for herself and the company. Or will she?
