You'd have to question OMHs competence by the fact they are only now looking at battery grade Mn, surely?
but you are right that Sarawak energy cost will be far less than on site at Butcherbird (obvious statement), the question is how badly do E25 need low energy costs?
Justin has told us they are planning to process hpmsm without using electrolysis, if that is true then there's little benefit to Sarawaks low energy cost. A plant on site or in Newman would be the best decision if true, imo.
