I am thinking about grabbing another sizeable parcel today, feels like close to the bottom for a while and there is a bit of a stand off here that seems to be building pressure. AG said something about multiple opportunities potentially coming to light late last quarter so hopefully we are due for that news. Bring on the cash flow is the next step, all the relationships in the world could mean nothing if it doesn't equate to $$$$
