I have been looking at the announcements and forecasts lately, there seems to be some focus from 9sp on the next 3 QTR's to look near cash flow positive, which the market should welcome... however the first 3 QTR's in 2021 take a dive in revenue and the cash burn increases, why?...

no sign on implementation fee from BoA is the answer... it was paid in three installments - which is why I discussed only revenue from platform access in a post last week. The BoA sign on was actually quite substantial - considering the three year contract.
