Hi Scrapper,
from what I can gather, the 20c price was the IPO placement to the initial investors before the official listing (IPO=Initial Public Offering).
The records I found are telling me that it listed on ASX on the 06/06/2016 and it opened @ 0.1686.



I maybe wrong but this is what I found.
