Since when has:
"The Company and Bergen have by mutual agreement postponed the Bergen Facility. The Bergen
Facility extends over a 24 month period and the Company can terminate the Bergen Facility at any
time at no cost."
mean bergen have lost interest. When the financing started it specifically siad the bergen facility was optional. It is postponed.
My guess is the directors were unhappy diluting their holding at theses stupid levels.
