Yes i agree with everyone's "positive" comments here and totally right this is a BIG project- but it can be a double edge sword that they have to OK a BIG expensive project and shoulder load? although they are building ports and new road so lets hope they not gotten cold feet or some kind of "corrupt" hold up and everything IS as it should be. Things work a bit diff in Africa and China compared to all our checks and balances (just try to vote again the Chinese president endless term) and see what happens! so we might be "privileged" and lucky if this goes ahead and dont argue too much on any conditions required or it could kill the deal... just MO we still in dark
