A few questions regarding this whole situation, page-24

I couldn't find anything concrete on Laws regarding this (so if anyone can or does know this please shed some light) but from my research I can see that it's not really looked at in a positive light especially when it comes to putting someone or company etc down.... Journo's have some responsibilities when it comes to this stuff... and they should know this from what I can see..

"I could ask my accountant, the postie, the hairdresser or Joe Bloggs off the local park bench and they'll all have opinions, so can I write an article in the AFR or any other news/media outlet and call them unnamed sources?"

And I absolutely agree which is why I posed the question in the first place. We just have to wait and see I guess
