A new era

A new era has started today at Starpharma.

The payroll has been reduced by one. But it’s a big one. Someone appears to have ceased their role as a strategic advisor to the Board of Directors.

IMO there’s still a need for a reduction in headcount of the board, as the board size is not commensurate with a penny stock like Starpharma. This company will need to be very wise, frugal and strategic with every single dollar remaining in the bank.

Otherwise an unpalatable and highly dilutive capital raising may be on the cards around historic lows, or possibly at record lows.
