It’s wise to take a longer-term view and consider changing circumstances in any assessment - much more than is evident in some of the less constructive and reactive contributions to hot copper. As I speculated some time ago, it is unlikely these critics have "built any significant companies and particularly not in a complex cutting edge field such as Mesoblast".
Due in large measure to Mesoblast's extraordinary IP portfolio and the results emerging from various advanced trials where Mesoblast stem cells go to the core of different ‘ailments‘ - rheumatoid arthritis, CHF and lower back pain - I am confident, that Mesoblast, a far sighted and strategically run company and the leader in this disruptive complex field of cellular medicine, will be very successful.
