Could someone explain the recent Van Eck Corp subst. holding announcement for me please? Am not sure what to make of 14.74M (5.05%) share interest acquired as all mostly "in kind".
This does not resonate with any receipt/transfer/payment method I am familiar with. Not even 'in-species' ...
i.e. are these a gift of some sort? and for what?
But obviously issued by RMS adding to shares outstanding.
Anyone familiar with Van Eck and/or a history of association?
