A2Mc trademarked "A2 Milk" and "The A2 Milk Company" from what I can see.
They also trademark just "A2" but as a logo. Thus no one can use the logo but they can use the A and the 2 as "A2"
So I can use "Milk" without issue. I can use "A2" without issue. Now if my Milk contains A2 protein why is it misleading to state that it does?
Maybe this case will lead to a rule change? As I say I don't care who wins it's just the discussion I enjoy.
