it is not acceptable to me as a usual Liberal voter, that Tony Abbott is not on top of his party's broadband policy. I am extremely dubious about the merits of the NBN (in terms of cost vs benefit) but the Liberal policy looks luddite in comparison and Abbott's disinterest or lack of understanding of this area just confirms that.
