Just completed an 'engagement' with NBN Co.
What a farce. It took 5 visits over 4 months and no VOIP phone for that time. The FTTP was also supposed to be free. Most of the issues could have been dealt with reasonably easily if I could have dealt direct with NBN Co but no, it all had to go through my ISP, who I will be ditching soonest also.
