I am not charting expert but it looks like a double bottom on the chart, tested $2.00ish twice and each time it quickly found demand which pushed the price back up with long wicks on the candle.
I try not to watch this one intraday, have my price alerts setup but that is about it. Volume is still low and the spread is still wide some days, this is what happens when a stock is tightly held. I am tempted to completely remove it off my watchlist and just rely on price alerts given some of the intraday movements of this stock.
