maybe the arbitration has been delayed because Blade / Viking dont have finance in place.
Possibly PKO were trying to get an increased percentage and the arbitrator had the power to make such a call.
But if they dont have finance, the arbitrator can force the parties to make a deal.

im in the south of Spain and I cant even pick a winner here. Went to the bull fighting and all the bulls were spared. The bulls were all angry when they entered the stadium. I think they give their nuts an electric shock or something.
