Third arbitration hearing is normal.
I would grant 3 - 5 weeks max from the 21 May.
Basically the parties need to feel they have 'had their day in court' and nothing was rushed. Blade probably were deliberately not overly prepared - more of a stalling tactic.
But I wasnt there, so who knows.
