So the average persons car is home during the day being charged...ie whilst they are at work.
Or is it a charge point when they are home at night?...
Iisn't the argument that the car is going to supplement the grid at night, so it is not a charge point...
..or are the solar panels going to hit plate capacity at night to charge the cars?
