Just because one person resigns, it doesn't mean the end of the world! Agreed RCP has had a very rocky road and it has lost me money too but only on paper at the moment.
People leave companies for many many reasons (health, career change, promotion, new job in another company, unhappiness with job situation, personal etc) and until we are told what that is, we are only speculating.
Based on what I have read so far about RCP, they are currently planning to move to production in Q3 2011, so until I hear something from them that says otherwise, I guess we will just have to be patient and have a wait and see approach. One thing we do know is this, they do have some interesting tenements which deserve further exploration and I would be highly surprised if SRE just walk away from it!
