Booz, I own my fair share of property and also have a fair share sitting in cash. My simple premis is that everything I see and read is telling me that property is severly over priced, the economy is tettering on collapse and that the property bubble could pop some time soon.

Thats my belief, thats all there is to it. I just dont see any value at the moment in property-the downside risk far far outweighs any potential upside, and with that in mind I have no interest in buying at this stage.

Once I see value my position will change...
