Concrete is generally(commercial projects) batched in cubic metres (cum) with delivery trucks having a capacity from 5 to 6 cum. Concrete weighs 2.4 tonne per cum so the 5/6 cum loads weigh between 12 tonne and 14.4 tonne hence additive would be 4 or 5 kg which are easily manually handled at a plant.
