Williams11 posts to try and raise awareness of the stock so he can finally cash out at 15c. I think his posts are reverse psychology. He did however make a lot of money selling some when the price was high.
Before you ask I don't think anyone has figured out WTF Harby is even talking about never mind a reason why he does.
