Obviously ADN will do a capital raising next year, and, similarly, I think it's somewhat safe to presume it will be via a rights issue - to existing s/holders.
I also presume that it will be a renounceable rights issue but do any intelligent HotCopper posters (oxymoron?) see any benefit in a non-renounceable issue for ADN?
Similarly, I believe that most renounceable rights issues are underwritten. Do most experienced investors agree that this is the case?
