PAC aren't selling at that 4.2 level, impatient folks are, and PAC are the only ones selling right now (besides those people swing trading this beautiful range it has formed) Question is - how many more of those 350m shares has PAC got left? When will the handbrake be released? Is there enough interest in the project for the SP to hit 10c and beyond? Hitting and holding 100m MC opens a lot more doors for the SP and the company...
