@13th a few questions if may - What broker are you using for the iress trader platform ?How long are they going to continue to provide it ? does it include combined data input for both ASX and CHI X ?
I prefer iress trader for raw data and for order placement buys and sells - Comsec forced me on to iress viewpoint which is a non java based platform - Viewpoint has a better chart program than iress trader and a few other good features but overall I prefered the functionality of iress trader.
