I agree exciting times for ADN, but anyone that thinks growing a virus in a lab is going to stop the virus quickly is fooling themselves, Coronavirus will be worse than SARS ever was. Far too many people from the province travelled throughout the world before they even knew about it. Time will tell of course. As for the sustained contact, load of rubbish. A simple cough or sneeze is all it takes, it also can survive on bench tops, clothing etc which most viruses cannot. Sorry about posting in the first place but having had family members die from respiratory diseases it is rather close to home.
