Lots of perspectives on the chart, here's my two cents. Disclaimer - THis is pure TA, not downramping. I know a lot of you are passionate about your stock but an opinion on the chart is not downramping....

Obviously option conversion and/or liquidating heads positions to fund option conversion has caused this pullback. The support at 13 has held well over the last few days but the downtrend is still intact, which is forming a descending triangle.

So, the question is what happens first, a breakout of the downtrend (diagonal line), or a failure of the support at 13. If the latter happens, then bargain hunters at 10 could potentially be in play, unlikely but possible if the SP closes below 13. Trading range getting narrower, so there will be an outcome in the next few days I suspect. The MACD is on the cusp of improving which might suggest the breakout of the trading range is the more likely of the two outcomes discussed above.
