Did a drive by and quick stop at what could be the original "Carey's Well" well yesterday (publicly accessible) and bushcamped within a bulls roar of the Great White deposit (council roading quarry site)
Still no visible signs of ADN/MEP activities from the roadsides. My partner and I drove past where the four Poochera based deposits are located and could see zilch.
Quite an odd sensation seeing and literally driving over the top of the Tomney East deposit. (cant think of the new deposit names for the Tomney East and West deposits) and knowing that underneath the surface of earth are the mineral riches waiting to be quarried.
Skipped a beer at the Poochera pub. I'll wait till there's a few of us at the pub.
