I know its human nature to want to get the best "deal"...I've missed out lots in the past because of it... but if you are really confident in were this is going long term and when it gets there you want to have that extra 25K, 50K or 100K shares isn't it just best to get in now rather than waiting for a pull back that might not come or you may miss by 0.5c?

If you're happy with your holding and won't be kicking yourself for not having those extra shares in 12 months time or when the next leg up comes then I suppose waiting to taking advantage of a pull back is a good thing, however if you're going to be saying "I wish or I shoulda"....then maybe take the plunge for the sake a few extra $'s or a few less shares if you have a fixed budget.
