still far more buyers than sellers, I believe we are just stuck in that “no mans land” at the present time, a few nervous nellies wanting out due to no news flow, I guess most of the staff would now be back at work after the Xmas break and preparing some juicy bits and pieces, remembering that several news worthy reports were expected before the start of this year. Volume is not high.
