Absolutely. Shorting is for the brave and those with a plan.
I have never shorted a stock like this, only play in the more liquid larger caps, and usually only as a hedge to my underlying.
i.e. I keep the stock and short it through CFD etc. Buy the CFD back when I think its had the correction, keep my underlying cash stock position.
Run a tight stop on the CFD. It's only for those who know what they are doing and how to manage the risk. Its way to enhance return if you know wat you are doing. Wouldn't recommend it to the novice, I have 30+ year in the industry.
