Observation regarding concrete. Announcement 12/11/2020, followed by a big raise in SP.
We then had a delay in the DFS due to the inclusion of concrete.
17/03/2021 at the Australian Energy conference, concrete was now separated from the DFS to have its own PFS and the spot price started to decline the next day.
Obviously a lot has happened since then and this isn't the sole reason for current activity, but provides some reasoning.
The fundamentals have changed for anyone that came on board because of that announcement and in the time following.
