agree. seen some pie in the sky guesses as to CAPEX and project economics.
a wet processing plant that does 115kt of finished product wont be 38M or 56M
my guess is 100M
then add all the other development / sunken costs and my guess goes to probably get some change outa 150M
IMO the only reason this could look good in the PFS was the DSO scenario combined with a large volume - remarkably with $700/t for DSO but with the same figure used for finished product?!? - not sure how that works) but it was all revenue and minimal CAPEX.
