Yeah.. but if an ANN drops when the chart ain't ready, it's not gonna have the desired effect. At the moment, it looks like cover/bottom is at 17~, resistance levels are 20.5, 24. Would be great if buyers took out the supply at the 20-24 level before any positive ANN, which will send the price to test 30. Of course, this means a bit of range trading. Indices might bounce tonight or next week and be choppy for a while, so background isn't too bad.
