this is a play thing. theres no other reason why a company that hasn’t been able to get finance states they’re raising to keep the lights on in less than 2 weeks and price stays exactly where it is. nowhere else would u see this. fundamentally you’d sell.

he’s correct. this move is likely to happen with only an admission they haven’t secured finance after a year and choosing to raise some cash to pay all the wages likely to put a dampener on that move.
