The drop the other day to .03 was a failure of Wc imo due to markets dropping, now we are retracing to a certain %, how ever keeping in mind i watched charles nenner interview on USA Watchdog, about cycles, i recommend everybody to listern to this guy, even Putin meet him about war cycles recently, he say another drop in DJIA very soon, which may give you your target and some!
