I retired long ago and still have my entire super in a few high spec stocks, you only need one to fly to out do any combined top tier stocks. Eg, have ten stocks and you can count on five going down the gurgler, three staying the same, one doing ok but one flying....in this case that one could be ADN but my other is RNU. Take a five year outlook, conservative ten bagger on ADN at even the current price is 14c ....very achievable, but in my case it only needs to go to 8c , Can you imagine having all your doe in say RIO at $100 and it going to $1,000, no. But it is possible that I could get three or even four of my specs doing it. Not for everyone but it works for me, and I hold and do not sell until I have a massive profit, then that profit becomes my living expenses, but I do buy in multiples of a million which helps.
