Note that I used super-conservative discount rates for my post-tax NPV estimate shown on that chart (range of 8% to 12% for Great White and 15% for HPA). We can probably expect discount rate 5% for the Great White DFS/BFS. I went super-conservative with discount rate for the HPA project since it is pending due diligence (however we do have an indication of scope in terms of tonnage, etc).
