it’s taken almost 12 months and not even finance?
whether ur talking Q1 calendar or financial 2025 it matters not.
it would be impossible to get finance, sufficient BOA’s, order everything, have it made, shipped, built, commissioned, build roads, water pipes (all the approvals required) negotiate port space / deal set up logistics, find labour & train a work force that can make product on spec same time every time, etc etc etc etc etc
in a circa14 month period.
it’s been nearly 12 months and just 1 of those tasks in its entirety has not been completed.

from BOA’s received (real ones not pretend ones) and finance / CAPEX raised - it’s at least 18 months till first product shipped but probably closer to 24 months.

anyone who tells u otherwise hasn’t done it before.
