G'day Junhaus,
If using TA, an entry signal would be a break and close above that resistance level on good volume. Very difficult for traders to enter at resistance levels, either want to be above them or well below them at support. But that's just me.
Keep in mind that we are never trying to get the bottom or sell at the top. Just want part of the sweet safe stuff in the middle.
