Wilkes is the chairman of the board so he is not obliged to buy any on market, so I agree that's a decent sign.
JM has bought but he has also sold to fund options conversions. Not sure where that leaves his net position, perhaps he's a net buyer but not by as much you suggest.
Holzberger is a NED and therefore has to buy on market. So do two others who haven't yet opened their wallets.
Much better to see them buying than not, sure, but let's not get carried away (acknowledging that 'getting carried away' appears to be the default position on the ADN forum).
