A while back I had to go to Sydney to help out my son who was having cancer surgery. When I cjecked my ANZ portfolio the ADN shares had disappeared. WTF? I realised I had bought 26k of ADNO instad of ADN by mistake. Thus is on Friday and they were due to expire on Monday. Panic city. I contacted Chess etc after "we value your call" trying to find out what was up, all in a turmoil with everything, but finally got through to the secretary of the company. What a gem. He sent me the form to fill out at the ribbon breakthrough.. I thought to myself, ok, for the management to do this for a small fish, when they must have been run off their feet at option expiry time suggests good ethics and honesty.l Ive been buying them ever since...about 100k now.
