I woudn't be worried re James' acumen - him and the Board have immense experience and skill. I have invested with a lot of companies and very happy with the smarts of these guys. We need more people in companies who know their "S%^T" and have strong relationships with those that matter. That's the model. I have a few very successful investments and without exception - these are run by honest smart ethical and bright execs. Plenty of Acumen. None with spruikiung wheeler dealers. The old "A good business manager/promoter can manage anything" is pretty much BS in my corporate experience.
