Don't get me wrong..... I am not worried
I would just hate for James to be dragged away with matters other people can sort in the role of MD (In a larger operation).
His specific skills and mineral knowledge..... 30 years worth can't be as easily replicated.
However they structure there management really doesn't matter.
I just hope James' strengths are played too and he is not distracted with day to day business matters.
If thats the case ADN has been successful though. So a nice issue to have
