It seems clear that the goalposts have shifted re: what constitutes a substantive announcement. Just submitting a mining or patent application or signing a LOI does not seem to cut the mustard.
It remains to be seen whether this is the ASX cracking down on pumpers, ADN management adopting a more circumspect PR policy, or possibly a bit of both.
