We don't have the DFS figures yet. So the 40% safety margin is an uncertainty buffer. This gives a price target (range) by December to January.
Once we have the DFS figures I can redo the per-share NPV-based targets, with a lower risk margin ( as we will have more certainty in the numbers ).
