Let's look at another scenario using known production capacity.
This is how the numbers look.
- Product A - high volume at $1,000 per tonne price, 223kt tonnes and 70% gross margin
- Product B - premium product at $5,000 per tonne price but $100 per tonne extra processing to achieve the premium grade
Just 4% of production tonnes ( the premium product ) is generating > 20% of the profit.
If I run the same numbers at 20 kt of premium product.
You can see how just a little premium product can really improve profits.
This scenario is getting close to 3 x the PFS figures.
